Situated in Damansara Heights within the Kuala Lumpur Sports Medicine Centre, Pilates Central offers Pilates (including post and pre-natal classes) and GYROTRONIC® sessions, Rolfing®, Body Rolling and sport massage therapy. The studio also provides Pilates instructor education through Balanced Body – a prominent US-based organisation and the world’s largest manufacturer of Pilates equipment.
